Ingredients:

2-3 cloves of fresh garlic

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for easier consumption)

Instructions:

Crush the Garlic: Peel and crush the garlic cloves to activate their beneficial compounds. Let them sit for 10 minutes to maximize their allicin content (the active compound in garlic).

Mix with Black Pepper: Add the crushed garlic to a small bowl and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper. For a smoother consistency, you can mix in a tablespoon of olive oil.

Consume: Take this mixture daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. This will enhance circulation and reduce inflammation.
