Hot coffee + chia seeds: my morning routine that helped me burn fat in 21 days!

Check out my super easy chia coffee recipe; it's super quick:

Ingredients:

1 cup hot coffee (no sugar)

1 tablespoon chia seeds

Optional: a pinch of cinnamon or a few drops of stevia if you want to sweeten it.

Preparation:

Brew your coffee as usual.

Add the chia seeds and mix well.

Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the seeds to swell.

Stir again... and enjoy!

I take it every morning on an empty stomach, 20 to 30 minutes before breakfast. And I assure you, it works really well!

What I noticed after 21 days:
Less bloating, a flat stomach

A real feeling of lightness

Fewer morning cravings

Clearer skin (an unexpected bonus!)

Of course, I also paid attention to what I ate, not giving up anything. But this drink really helped me start my day right and lose those little kilos that were holding me back.
