Garlic Herb Sourdough Bread Stuffed with Brie and Cranberry Sauce

1️⃣ Prepare the bread

Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
Place the sourdough on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, cut deep criss-cross lines across the loaf — like a grid — but do not cut all the way through the bottom.


2️⃣ Make garlic herb butter

In a small bowl, mix together:

  • Melted butter

  • Minced garlic

  • Chopped herbs

  • Salt & pepper

Brush this mixture generously into all the cuts of the bread.


3️⃣ Stuff the bread

Gently push:

  • Slices of brie into the cuts

  • Spoon cranberry sauce into different sections

Make sure the filling goes deep so it melts inside!


4️⃣ Wrap & bake

Wrap the bread loosely in aluminum foil and place on a baking tray.

Bake 15 minutes covered, then open the foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until:

✅ Cheese is fully melted
✅ Top is golden and crispy


5️⃣ Serve hot

Remove from oven and garnish with fresh herbs.
Serve warm and pull apart — CHEESY PERFECTION 😍

  • Swap cranberry with fig jam or raspberry preserves

  • Add nuts for extra texture

  • Use camembert if brie is not available
